Hiring: BPO Quality Analyst (Indore Location)
We’re looking for an experienced BPO Quality Analyst with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the BPO/Customer Support domain.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA experience in voice or non-voice process

  • Strong analytical and feedback-giving skills
