We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive skilled in online bidding and client acquisition through Upwork and Freelancer. The candidate should be confident in proposal writing, client communication, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

* Bid on relevant projects on Upwork & Freelancer

* Write customized, high-converting proposals

* Communicate with international clients & close deals

* Understand project requirements and prepare estimates

* Coordinate with technical teams for smooth execution

* Strong experience in Upwork & Freelancer bidding

* Knowledge of Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing & UI/UX
