Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented vKYC Officer to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting video-based customer verification as per RBI and company compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct vKYC (Video Know Your Customer) verification of customers as per RBI guidelines.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with video call platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-compliance environment.

Prior experience in a KYC or customer verification role is an advantage.

Work Environment:

6-day working

Shift timings may vary (day shifts preferred)

Office-based role in Mahape

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives
