International Customer Support Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced candidates for international voice and chat support. You will handle customer queries, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a seamless support experience across voice and chat channels.

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000/month

• Travel Allowance: ₹1,400/month

• Cab Facility: Provided for night shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls and chats professionally.

• Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and deliver effective solutions within defined timelines.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.

• Document and update all customer interactions in internal systems.

• Escalate complex issues to higher levels as per process guidelines.

• Adhere to compliance, process policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Contribute to team performance by meeting individual KPIs and targets.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any stream

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support – International Voice Process

• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English

Interview Process

1. HR Screening – Voice, Grammar, and Accent evaluation

2. Functional Round – Mock call/chat assessment

3. AMCAT Test – Minimum qualifying score: 62/69

4. Final Operations Round – Process evaluation
