We are looking for a International Voice Executive to join our team Grace Finnovation Pvt Ltd. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers to resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate fluently and clearly in English with international clients, maintaining a professional tone and demeanour throughout the interaction.
Identify customer issues quickly, troubleshoot effectively, and provide accurate solutions or escalate the matter to the relevant department when necessary.
Achieve or exceed assigned metrics such as call quality, handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
