Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Coimbatore

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring the best talent for our company.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

· Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates.

· Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make hiring recommendations to management.

· Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

· Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the job requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

⏰ Work Timing: 10am-7pm

🎁 Salary: Upto 15k in hand
