We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing In-House Executive to join our team at. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Tally software products and services, generating leads, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for helping businesses streamline their financial processes with Tally. Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other telemarketing strategies. • Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Tally software to potential customers, addressing their specific business needs. • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by building relationships, understanding customer requirements, and offering tailored solutions. • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to nurture leads and close deals. • Database Management: Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system. • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives. • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing campaigns. Qualification • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably in the software industry. Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. •Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. • Basic understanding of accounting software, particularly Tally, is a plus. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software, remote desktop tools, and Microsoft Office applications. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction. • Certification in Tally ERP or accounting software (preferred but not required.)
