Travel Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team and help clients create memorable travel experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, excellent with people, and skilled in planning, booking, and managing customized itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand clients’ travel preferences, budget, and needs to recommend suitable destinations and experiences.

• Design detailed, tailor-made itineraries with a focus on value and quality.

• Make bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities using GDS and OTA systems.

• Provide up-to-date information on destinations, visa processes, travel insurance, and COVID-related regulations.

• Address client queries, resolve problems promptly, and assist in case of emergencies.

• Promote travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to enhance customer experience.

• Maintain relationships with clients and travel suppliers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, cultures, and travel trends.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a knack for upselling and closing deals.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly.

• Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Previous experience in a travel agency or hospitality industry is a plus.
