Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site visits to merchant locations to perform installation, service, and de-installation appointments within stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).

• Accurately document visit details and submit comprehensive reports with photographic evidence via a mobile application.

• Ensure timely return of all faulty or non-functional Point-of-Sale (POS), Electronic Data Capture (EDC), and Soundbox devices.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass.

• Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and a relevant regional language.

• Basic understanding of English is preferred.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation & Additional Requirements

Salary: 10,000/- INR

Traveling Allowance: Extra

Mandatory: Personal 2-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) and a smartphone.
