Field Coordinator

We require a total number of 5 candidates for our work purpose, please find the below breakup:-

•             Female Training Co-Ordinators - 5

•             Salary - No Bar for Right Candidate( It depends on Interview)

•             Job Location – Belapur to Digha (Work in all over Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation), Will allocate one place for working

•             Shift Time – 10 am to 7 pm

•             Gender - Female

•             Age - Maximum 25 to 40

•             Contract Period – Up to Project

•             Hiring will be on immediate basis.

JD is as follows:-

Field Coordinators: -

•             Read, Write and Speak fluent Marathi, Hindi, English.

•             Preferred MBA in any field.

•             Fresher & Experience (Specially for Field Job).

•             Smart / Good Personality / Confident while talking (Sometimes need to interact with our channel partners and political leaders).

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: -

•             Providing information about training to the teachers and beneficiaries.

•             Reaching out to the beneficiaries in collaboration with NGOs / Community Leaders / Educational Institutions / Women's Groups.

•             Communicating / Coordinating with beneficiaries.

•             Maintaining a good relationship with the office staff, Senior Management and beneficiaries for smooth work balance.

•             Daily work status to be submitted on a daily basis at EOD.

•             Planning and arranging the training program.

•             Co-ordinating with trainers regarding training.

•             Visiting each training class/batch during the training program period etc.

•             Maintaining records, reports, documents, files and other information etc.

•             Perform other office duties as required.

•             Open to work on weekends.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
