We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team Only Education. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Education Sector. The role offers 10k to 20k and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Student/Parents calls in a professional and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of Student/Parent interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to Student / Parent to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, student/parent satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graducation and 1 year to 3 years You will be responsible for resolving offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days week during the Day shift .
