Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Interpret and execute drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp
Ensure work is carried out as per approved designs and specifications
Monitor project timelines and report progress to management
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards
Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory)
Strong experience in site supervision and project coordination
Good understanding of construction drawings and layouts
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of safety standards and site practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience in residential/commercial interior or construction projects
