We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead to manage and drive our overseas education consultancy sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for giving Seminars & Demos Regarding Company and leading a team of education counselors/sales executives, developing sales strategies.
Visit local colleges/universities to gather student data and build a database of potential leads.
Establish relationships with college administration, placement cells, and student clubs for long-term collaboration.
Represent the company at industry events, education fairs, and seminars.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
Drive conversion of leads through effective follow-ups, consultations, and sales funnels.
Skills:
0–2 years of experience in education marketing or student counseling (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and local language.
Ability to travel locally for college visits and promotional events.
Basic knowledge of study abroad destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is a plus.
Confidence in public speaking or giving short presentations to student groups.
Familiarity with student lead generation and tracking tools.
