Customize and propose travel packages that suit client requirements and budget.

Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on assigned destinations, including visa regulations, weather, seasonal activities, and cultural norms.

Follow up with potential clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Respond to travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with operations and supplier teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
