Customer Service Executive (Blended Process)

Location: Opp. Digha Railway Station

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Corporate Contact Centre team as Customer Service Executives. The role involves handling customer queries through calls and emails (blended process), ensuring a smooth customer experience and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently and professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalation cases promptly.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC Pass.

  • Experience in customer service or escalation handling preferred.

  • Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Work Details:

  • Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (9 hours/day)

  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational off per week

  • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand

  • Job Type: Full-time | Corporate Payroll | Non-BPO
