Job Opening – Kotak Securities (Stock Market Chat/Voice Process)
Designation: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Role: Handle customer queries & complaints via Chat/Voice Process

Eligibility:

  • Graduate

  • Min 6 months BPO/BFSI Customer Service experience

  • Age: 18–35 years

Shift: Day Shift (Any 10 hrs between 8 AM–8 PM)
Location: Chandivali, Andheri East
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)
Salary: ₹19.9K – ₹21.5K In-hand
