We act as a mediator between E-Learning platforms and US clients. Your role will be to handle customer queries, support learners, and ensure smooth communication.

✨ Position: Customer Support Associate (Voice – US Process)

📍 Location: VIRAR West

🎓 Education Requirement: Freshers /HSC with Fluent English communication skills + basic computer knowledge

⏰ Shift Timings: US Night Shift

📅 Week Off: 5 days working Saturday Sunday fixed off

💰 Salary: CTC 1 lakh – 3 lakh P.A (Based on communication and interview performances
