Shift: 12:30 PM – 2:30 AM (9.5 Hours Including Breaks)
Week Offs: Rotational (No fixed Saturday/Sunday off)

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for our International Voice Process team. The Customer Service Associate (CSA) will handle customer queries via voice calls, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions and maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for queries related to the client’s services or products.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.

• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and service quality on every interaction.

• Meet performance targets including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality metrics.

• Record and update customer information in the database accurately.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass and above.
  (Not eligible – BE/B.Tech/Post Graduates)

• Experience:

  • Fresher: Eligible (BAND 1)

  • Experienced: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred (BAND 2 / BAND 3)

• Age: Up to 40 years.

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Typing speed: Minimum 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.

  • Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills
