Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, resolving escalations, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining documentation, monitoring customer feedback, and contributing to process improvements. The role also involves mentoring new team members and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented, customer-focused, able to work under pressure, and proficient in MS Office.
