Urgently required female staff

Qualification: Graduate from any stream.

Job profile: Ready to work for back office and operational work, handling of passport / documentation, railway bookings, client enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries,

Knowledge of word, power point, excel, excel with formulas is must. Delivering documents, handling cases, Should know English.

Location: Mulund West

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Maintaining data entry records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is graduate with 6 months of experience. You will be responsible for sending emails to suppliers, sending quotes to clients. Candidates must be open to 7 days a week during the 1000-0700 shift.
