Customer Care Representative

Location: RMZ Eco Space, Pritech Park, Bellandur, Bangalore- International Voice US Process (United States of America)- 1 month paid training. (Upto 30 days)- Grads and Undergrads ( both are eligible ) Min 12th std certificate is mandate.- Freshers and Exp - that's why salary differs. Experience letter mandate.- Excellent communication skills In the English Language. No other language required.- If experienced, hire only for 2 - 5 yrs exp folks. Under 30 years you won't get more.- Freshers: 27K CTC, Exp: 29K CTC (Other benefits mentioned below)- Joining Bonus: 10k, spreadout and paid over a period of 90 days from date of joining.- Night shift Bonus: 200rs per night. i.e 25 working days=5000/-- Preferred age: under 35....maybe upto 40 ( exceptional ) could be considered if very good.- 1 way cab facility upto 15 KMS only in Bangalore city due to the notorious Bangalore traffic.- Rotational Shifts as it is an international US process.Key Responsibilities:● Respond to customer inquiries via phone regarding products, services, pricing, andcompany policies● Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically● Provide detailed product/service information including features, benefits, andavailability● Process customer orders, handle billing, and manage payment transactions● Update and manage customer accounts with accuracy● Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies● Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required● Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery● Consistently provide a positive, courteous, and professional customer experience
