We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Customer Service process in the financial services domain.

📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
💼 Role: International Customer Service Executive
💰 Salary: Up to ₹41,000 In-Hand
🕒 Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 24×7 Rotational Shifts | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC pass or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills
• SVAR Score: 70 or above
• C1 English proficiency preferred
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to international financial transactions
• Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and professionalism
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while following process guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
