Customer Support Associate – Voice Process (WFO)

📍 Location: Kolkata

💼 Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office

Role: Domestic inbound & outbound customer calls

Shift:

  • Male: Rotational

  • Female: Day shift (up to 8 PM)

  • 6 days working | 1 rotational off

Eligibility:

  • 12th Pass or above

  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply

  • English + local language required

  • Basic computer knowledge

Salary: 💰 ₹13,000 – ₹15,500 In-hand

🌙 Night shift allowance ₹1,500 (if applicable)
