Position: Customer Support Executive

Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 – 35 years
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma
or 10th +2 years of ITI
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.
Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Update call logs and maintain records in the system.
Shift Timings:
Female Candidates: (Day shift only) Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including 1-hour break).
Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 12:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (including 1-hour break).
Language Proficiency Requirement & Salary (CTC):
Hindi + Basic English – Up to ₹15,500 (Including PF & ESIC)
Marathi + Basic English – Up to ₹17,500 (Including PF & ESIC)
English Proficiency – Up to ₹20,000 (Including PF & ESIC)
