Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role requires handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, or emails in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services to customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (Medical & Law graduates not eligible).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good English proficiency (spoken & written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
