We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Field Support Engineer to join our team at NSV Solutions.

Key Responsibilities – Laptop/Desktop Field Support Engineer
Perform onsite troubleshooting and Replace Parts of laptops, desktops, and AIO System.
Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
Replace faulty components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, display, keyboard, etc.
Respond to service calls, maintain timely visit logs, and close calls as per SLA.
Ensure proper handling and return of company parts, tools, and accessories.
Coordinate with backend teams for escalations, approvals, and part requirements.
Provide customer guidance, usage instructions, and ensure high service satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, service reports, and part usage.
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and field-service compliance processes.
Ensure punctuality, professionalism, and proper communication with customers.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: minimum qualification, 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate]
Experience Range: 0–6 Month
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information and technical assistance to customers.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department as needed.
Must be willing to work 6-day workweek
Must be comfortable with relocate.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently in field conditions and meet service timelines.
