We are looking for a responsible, multi-tasking team member to handle customer support as the main responsibility, along with supporting daily marketing activities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced D2C brand environment and is comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Respond to customer emails regarding orders, returns, cancellations, and product queries
Handle Instagram DMs, comments, and WhatsApp queries politely and promptly
Maintain proper daily records of issues and resolutions
Assist in creating social media content using AI tools (images, reels, captions)
Collaborate with influencers by managing replies and basic coordination
Help with Shopify product listing — images, titles, and descriptions
Post and schedule basic Instagram content
Conduct simple competitor research or hashtag research when needed
Basic computer and internet knowledge is a must
Good English & Hindi communication skills (written and verbal)
Should be organized, punctual, and ready to learn
Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
Interest in social media or e-commerce marketing is a plus
