Position Title: Sales Coordinator

Team: Sales
Reporting To: Senior Sales Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–2 years in a similar Sales Support/Coordinator role

Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination and support functions, with a strong focus on communication, organization, and technical understanding.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Sales Team to prepare Quotations and Proforma Invoices .

• Manage email correspondence with customers as directed by the Sales Team.

• Issue Order Acceptances and coordinate dispatch of orders in line with issued quotations/proformas.

• Liaise with the dispatch and billing teams by providing accurate and timely information.

• Send dispatch documents to customers post-shipment.

• Follow up on payments from credit customers.

• Maintain and update the Customer Database and Sales Data regularly.

Desired Skills:

• Strong coordination and administrative skills in a sales environment.

• Experience in customer interaction and support.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .

• Technical aptitude is a must.

Functional & Behavioral Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight timelines .

• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Role-Specific Competencies:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Support roles.
