Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Escalate complex issues to the senior team when necessary.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, call center, or similar role.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.

• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work in shifts (if required).

• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
