Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MRD (Member Relations & Documentation) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth internal documentation processes. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the client/member database with accuracy

• Draft and send professional emails to clients and internal teams

• Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Excel

• Handle client queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Drafting is mandatory

• Strong command over English and Hindi – spoken and written

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of the holiday or travel industry is preferable

• Prior experience in a similar role in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
