Collection Executive

- Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments

- Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policy

- Maintain detailed records of communications and payments

- Escalate unresolved accounts to legal or senior recovery teams

- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, etc.) for recovery support

- Achieve monthly recovery targets and performance KPIs

- Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards during interactions

- Need basic excel knowledge
