Job Title: Marketing executive (Interior designing & furniture)

Company Name: Smart design

Location:Chennai

Gender: Male

Qualification: BE/BTech/Mechanical/ Interior designing and post-graduation from Interior designing and furniture filed.

Experience: 3 years + experience in Interior designing & furniture marketing.

CTC Range: 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA+ Project Incentive.

Role & responsibilities:

· Generate interior project leads.

· Visiting Clients based on requirements (TA will be provided).

· Attending property exhibitions.

· Convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

· Explaining interior cost estimations.

· Coordinating with designing team.

· Negotiate & close deals.

· Achieve monthly revenue goals.

· Submit weekly performance report.

Skills & Requirements

· Strong communication & convincing skills

· Two-wheeler

· Operation driven

· Good understanding of interior design concept

· Client handling.
