Position Overview
The Healthcare Call Centre Representative is responsible for providing high quality customer service and support to patients, healthcare providers.
This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to enquiries related to medical services, appointment Scheduling, Modifying Or Confirming Appointments With Doctors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient and customer support: Answering inbound & outbound calls to provide information about Health Care services, procedures with professionalism and empathy.
2. Assist patients with Appointment scheduling, modifying, or confirming appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
3. Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and payment options
4. Document all interactions in the appropriate systems with accuracy and attention to details
5. Maintain performance metrics i.e., CPA, Call Quality, AHT, C-Sat, Schedule Adherence
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Any Graduate With Preferred Languages Hindi, Telugu & English
2. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in healthcare
2. Strong communication and active listening skills
3. Basic System Knowledge
4. Typing Skills 30 WPM
5. Time & Break Management Skills
6. 24/7 Rotational Shifts & One Week Off Except (Monday, Tuesday & Friday, Saturday)
7. 6 Days Working
