
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote products or services, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Explain products or services clearly and accurately
Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
Maintain and update customer records
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets
Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
Ability to persuade and negotiate
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage
Work location: Office / Remote (as applicable)
Shift: Day / Night shift (depending on role)
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
