Job Title: Business Manager (Sales, Accounts, Purchase & HRMS)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee and manage our core business operations, including Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and HRMS. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can streamline processes, drive growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor sales operations, client relations, and revenue targets.

• Oversee accounting functions including billing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.

• Handle purchasing and vendor management, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.

• Administer HRMS activities such as employee onboarding, attendance, payroll, and compliance.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficiency and transparency.

• Coordinate with management to plan budgets and business strategies.

• Prepare performance reports and ensure all departments align with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience managing multi-department operations (SME/startup experience preferred).

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency with business software (Tally, Excel, CRM, ERP, HRMS tools, etc.).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
