Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management: Attending incoming calls from customers and successfully managing booking slots for various games.
Query Resolution: Providing accurate information to customers regarding game rules, timings, and ticket pricing.
Customer Support: Resolving customer issues or handling booking modifications via calls and chat.
Data Record Maintenance: Entering booking data and customer information accurately into the computer/booking software.
Team Coordination: Keeping the on-ground operations team updated regarding the status of all bookings.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Skills: Good command over Hindi and English (Spoken).
Technical: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Experience: Freshers are welcome; 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or reservations is a plus.
Traits: Energetic, polite, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
