Negotiation: Setting up manageable payment plans and settlements within guidelines.
Dispute Resolution: Addressing and resolving payment discrepancies and customer complaints.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all communications and transactions.
Reporting: Providing regular updates on collection status, metrics, and recovery rates.
Compliance: Ensuring all collection activities adhere to company policies and legal/regulatory requirements (like RBI guidelines for loans).
Collaboration: Working with finance and other internal teams on recovery strategies.
Escalation: Identifying and escalating problematic accounts or cases requiring legal action.
