We are hiring a Team lead to manage a team of 5 members in the digital payment / Fintech domain . Candidate should have prior exp in google pay , Phone pay, paytm , or other UPI / payment platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead & manage a team of 5 associates.

Drive sales, onboarding, and merchant acquisition.

Monitor team performance & achieve monthly targets.

Train and motivate team members.

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred/ 12 th pass

2–5 years of experience in fintech / payment apps.

Strong leadership & communication skills.

Salary: ₹25000– ₹30000/month + incentives

Location: Lucknow / Prayagraj
