Customer Support Executive / Call Center Executive
Contractual / Third-Party Payroll
Handle incoming customer calls related to electricity services
Register and resolve complaints, service requests & queries
Provide accurate information regarding:
Power supply issues
Billing & payment queries
New connections & disconnections
Maintain proper call logs and complaint records
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure customer satisfaction as per UPPCL guidelines
Follow standard call scripts and compliance rules
Good Hindi communication skills (basic English preferred)
Typing speed 15-18wpm
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and high call volume
Minimum 12th Pass
Graduation preferred
