Experience- 2 to 5 years(as a team lead mandatory )

Language-English , Kannada ,Hindi or Tamil & Telugu

Package- 25k to 30k

Work time- 9:30 to 6:30

Working Days- 6 days

Age- below 35

Location- HSR , Bangalore

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer centric.
 It should be good in attrition & shrinkage.
 Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
 Strong knowledge of BPO operations, processes, and industry best practices.
 Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
 Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
 Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
 Should have experience both in sales and customer care projects.
 Conduct performance reviews on a regular basis.v
