Job Summary
E-commerce Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, assist with order-related support, and handle leads generated through Instagram. The candidate will guide customers about the brand and the e-commerce platform, assist with order placement, and ensure smooth communication regarding order status, pricing, and shipping queries.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer support for the e-commerce platform, assisting customers with product inquiries and order-related queries.
• Handle order management, including order placement support and order tracking.
• Respond to order status and pricing-related queries from customers.
• Communicate with potential customers through leads received from Instagram, primarily over phone calls.
• Guide customers about the brand, products, and the e-commerce website.
• Assist customers with order placement and checkout processes.
• Collect and verify customer details including location, address, and contact information for shipping purposes.
• Address shipping, delivery, and logistics-related queries.
• Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience throughout the purchase journey.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in E-commerce customer support or order management.
• Working knowledge of Shopify platform.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries over phone and online channels.
• Basic understanding of order processing, shipping workflows, and customer service best practices.
• Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
Language Requirements
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of any one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)
