5-Responsibl for quality teamdevelopment.

6-Effectively organized and managed the shortlisting process for interviews,ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination.

7-Recruited high-potential insurance consultants and retail partner to strength the team and meet business objectives.

8-Developed and implemented strategic plans for achieving sales and marketing targets consistently .

9-Maintained a strong focus on achieving activation and productivity targets for insurance consultants with in the team.

10-Recruitment, onboarding, induction, tranning, team development.
