About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Continental Chef to lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Continental and Italian cuisine with proven leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
Train and guide junior chefs on food preparation and plating.
Maintain kitchen inventory and implement FIFO practices.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and portion consistency.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and cost control.
Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in continental cuisine.
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, F&B Production, or Hotel Management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and technical kitchen skills.
