Job Description

Field Engineer – IT, Networking & Security Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and troubleshoot desktop computers and laptops
Diagnose hardware/software issues and provide on-site solutions
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (DVR/NVR, IP cameras, cabling)
Set up and manage networking systems (routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
Configure IP addressing, internet setup, and network troubleshooting
Perform OS installation, upgrades, antivirus setup, and system maintenance
Provide on-site technical support and customer service
Maintain service reports and documentation
