
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure at Cinema (Servers, Desktops, POS, Printers, and Networking devices (Router/Switch/Cabling)
Install and Configure Windows (2016, 2019…), Client Machines (Windows 11,.. & Embedded Windows) and basic knowledge of MS SQL Server (2016,2019…)/Backup.
Install and Configure Application like (Outlook/Thunderbird/MS Office/Open Office) and Cinema applications (Showbizz)
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Provide L1 support for hardware (Server/POS/Desktop), Cinema software, and network issues (Switch/Cabling).
Diagnose and resolve system faults, and LAN connectivity problems.
Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance.
Monitor server health, storage, backups, and security updates.
Maintain IT asset inventory at cinema
Ensure Data backup (SQL Backup and User Backup) in Server and follow compliance as per company policies.
Coordinate with hardware/software vendors for support.
Follow up on open tickets with Application and Hardware Support team
Prepare daily checklist and reports on incidents, uptime, and maintenance activities.
Update ticketing systems running at cinema with proper resolution
