Location (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Kerala)

IT Engineer - Field: Plays a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing IT services within our organization. This position focuses on troubleshooting issues related to desktops, laptops, and Point of Sale (PoS) systems to ensure seamless operations. An ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), along with experience in SQL. A key responsibility includes the installation of various operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, and Linux. The role requires effective configuration and troubleshooting skills for routers and access points, as well as an understanding of mail configuration. Should maintain a good relationship with Customer IT & Business Team & Vendors. Working knowledge of MS Products – Excel, Word & Power Point

In addition, possessing a 2-wheeler is preferred to efficiently travel between different locations to provide on-site support.

Key responsibilities:

include diagnostics and resolution of hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring computer systems, and providing technical support for both internal staff and clients. The IT Engineer will collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement opportunities for improvements and efficiency in IT services. Excellent communication skills are essential as this role involves direct interaction with users and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where timely resolution of technical issues is critical. Moreover, this position is open to full-time candidates with relevant experience in IT support and services.

Qualification: BE (Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Electronics, etc.)
