Commis II – Multi Cuisine - Chennai (Guindy) :

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare mise en place, cook, and plate multi-cuisine dishes as per standardized recipes and portion sizes.

• Assist in breakfast, lunch, and dinner service; manage live counters or banquets as assigned.

• Follow guidance from CDP/DCDP/Chef for prep, cooking methods, and presentation standards.

• Step in for Commis III tasks and train helpers when required.

• Coordinate with service teams for timely pass and guest special requests.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 1–3 years’ experience as Commis II/Commis III in hotel or branded restaurant kitchens with multi-cuisine exposure.

• Strong skills in Indian and South Indian basics; exposure to Continental/Chinese is an advantage.

• Understanding of hygiene standards, allergens, and cross-contamination controls.
