About the Role:

We are looking for graduates to join our team as Area Sales Managers to drive revenue through direct sales by recruiting, training, and managing Dealer Network.

Key Requirements

·         Graduates with 5 to 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience.

·         Direct sales & Dealer Expansion and Development Experience Mandatory.

5 years of experience in appointing Dealers.

 Ie. Insurance or Banking or experience in working with Broker - sub channels, Telecom sector, etc

·         Proven track record in managing indirect sales and partner networks

·         Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

·         Willingness to travel across regions

·         Fluency in English and local language mandatory

·         Natives of specified locations only need apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and campus outreach activities to promote our e-learning comprehensive solutions

• Recruit and onboard Dealers to promote our e-learning solutions

• Train Dealers on e-learning features and sales strategies

• Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets in your assigned territory.

• Monitor Dealers activities and support them in lead conversions.

• Identify potential institutions and opportunities for partnership.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
