Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to join our team at IDFC First Bharat. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• To train RM and SRM for LAP and HL

products and to deal with Connectors,

DSA and DSTs and to maiintain strong

relationships with existing clients and

motivate them to refer new business..

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and must have team handling experience
Stay informed on local financial and banking market trends and competitor activities.
Responsible for sales performance of their team members

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must have team handling experience with proven record in Property and Housing loans.
