Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome customers, take orders, and assist them with product inquiries.
Prepare and serve beverages, chai, and quick snacks according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store, including kitchen and customer areas.
Ensure proper arrangement and organization of store products and service counters.
Monitor stock levels and inform the management when items need replenishment.
Support daily store operations and work closely with team members to ensure efficient service.
Follow company policies, health, and safety regulations at all times.
Provide a friendly and positive experience to customers and handle basic service issues when required.
